Teeny Weeny Toes ships within South Africa only. All orders are dispatched from Johannesburg, South
Africa.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or
public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Flat rate shipping applies within a 50km radius.
• Free shipping is available on orders over R1000.
• Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the courier service used but are typically between 2–4 business days after
dispatch.

Shipment Notification

Customers will receive a notification once their order has been shipped.

Courier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery is managed by the courier company.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
